My Favorite Baby Products

Here are some of my favorite products for babies from 0-6 months.

I know it can be frustrating not knowing what to buy or to do to be prepared for the arrival of a baby, the Internet has many opinions and options, but I wanted to share my opinion with you. I hope it helps!

Nursery

Bassinet

This is my favorite! It was my best friend until my little girl was able to sit down (6 months). I love that it is easy to move! So you could always have your baby next to you.

Crib

This crib has a very good price, it is cute, comfortable and what I like the most is that this crib is convertible.

Feeding

Dr. Brown baby Bottles

I really like this set of baby bottles; It is very complete and for a very affordable price! I especially like it because it doesn’t let the formula get foamy!

Breast pump

When breastfeed my baby; the breast pump it is a great help. I have an electric and a manual pump, I got the manual one at the hospital when my baby was born, and I like it a lot! Although the manual requires more work it is the one I usually ended up using because I can use it without electricity. I like the electric pump because it doesn't require so much work. I also love the fact that it has a night light; perfect to breastfeed at night!

Nipple Shield/Protector de pezon

This is a life saver!! It really helps you when you’re breastfeeding. I don’t know what I would do if my nipple shield get lost! My baby won’t eat without it.

(I got this nipple shield at the hospital when my baby was born.)

Similac formula

I breastfed my baby the first two months and after that I received Similac samples so I began using Similac; I was so happy when I received them! Similac has been the best! I’ve never tried a different one because since I started using it I’ve loved it. Now I mostly breastfeed Melody; but twice a day I give her Similac.

Outside

Car seat carrier Snap-N-Go

I love how easy is to transfer my baby from the car to the car seat carrier without having to take her out of the car seat! This car seat carrier is really good because it’s not heavy at all and is very easy to use!

Car seat

My baby loves this car seat because it’s very cozy and she feels protected, I also love it because I can use it with my “Snap-n-go” car seat carrier!

Toys

Zebra safari chimes

This is Melody’s favorite toy! It always calms her down; we like to hang it from the car seat and when she falls asleep in the car seat she always has to have it in her hand.

Fisher-price smart stages sis

Sis is really cute, My baby likes the fact that is has a lot of different songs! I love that she’s learning without even noticing it.

Sis es muy bonita, a mi bebe le gusta que tiene muchas diferentes canciones! Y a mi me encanta que ella esta prendiendo sin darse cuenta.

Diapering

huggies diapers

I love huggies diapers because they really last the most, I also like that they have a wetness indicator!

Desitin

Desitin has always been a family favorite! My mom used to use it and now I’m using it too. We love how fast it acts and the relief it provides! I use it everyday to prevent diaper rash.

Diaper genie

At first I thought getting a diaper genie wasn’t a good idea; I got it as a gift and I really like it! I thought this was a regular trash can, but it is not, it has a system that when you push the foot pedal to open the pail, this clam-like contraption pinches the bag closed, trapping odors inside.

Bath time

Johnson’s baby shampoo

I really like all of the Johnson’s products specially this one! It smells amazing; I also like that it doesn’t bubble up much and that this product is tear free.

Johnson’s baby oil

My baby has dry skin so I don’t use lotion on her, but instead I use Johnson’s baby oil. It’s the best! It really helps her skin stay hydrated all day!

Moises

Este es mi favorito! Fue mi mejor amigo hasta que mi pequeña empezó a sentarse (6 meses). Me encanta que tiene llantas! Así podía tener siempre a mi bebe cerca.

Cuna

Esta cuna tiene un muy buen precio, es linda, cómoda y lo que más me gusta es que es convertible

Alimento

Teteros Dr. Brown

Me gusta mucho este set de teteros (biberones, botellas). Es muy completo y por un precio muy económico! Especialmente me gusta porque no deja que la leche tenga espuma.

Extractor de leche

Para mi que le doy pecho a mi bebe el extractor de leche fue de gran ayuda. Tengo uno eléctrico y uno manual; el manual me lo dieron en el hospital cuando mi bebe nació, y me gusta mucho! aunque el manual requiere mas trabajo es el que casi siempre uso por la facilidad de poder sacar leche en cualquier lugar sin electricidad. Me gusta el extractor de leche eléctrico porque no requiere tanto trabajo sacar la leche y me encanta que tiene luz!

Protector de pezon

¡Este es mi salvavidas! Realmente ayuda cuando se está amamantando. ¡No sé qué haría si mi protector de pezón se perdiera! Mi bebé no comería sin él.

(Me dieron este protector de pezón en el hospital cuando nació mi bebé.)

Similac leche en polvo

Le di pecho a mi bebé los primeros dos meses y al tercer mes recibí muestras de Similac, así que comencé a usar Similac; ¡Estaba tan feliz cuando los recibí! ¡Similac ha sido el mejor! Nunca he probado uno diferente porque desde que empecé a usarlo me ha encantado. Ahora más que todo alimento a mi bebe con mi leche y dos veces al día le doy Similac.

Al salir

Coche para silla del carro Snap-N-Go

Me encanta la facilidad de poder mover a mi bebe del carro sin tener que sacarla de su silla! Este coche es muy bueno porque no pesa y es muy fácil de usar!

Silla para carro

A mi bebe le encanta su silla para el carro porque es muy acogedora y se siente protegida, también me encanta porque la puedo usar con mi “Snap-n-go”

Juguetes

¡Este es el juguete favorito de Melody! Siempre la calma; nos gusta colgarlo del asiento del automóvil y cuando se duerme siempre quiere tenerlo en la mano.

Pañales

Me encantan los pañales Huggies porque realmente duran más, ¡también me gusta que tengan un indicador de humedad!

Desitin

¡Desitin siempre ha sido un favorito en mi familia! Mi mama lo usaba y ahora yo también lo estoy usando. ¡Nos encanta lo rápido que actúa y el alivio que brinda! Lo uso todos los días para prevenir las quemaduras del pañal.

Diaper Genie

Al principio pensé que tener un Diaper Genie no era una buena idea! Me lo dieron como un regalo y me gusto mucho! Pensé que era un bote de basura normal, pero no, tiene un sistema que cuando presiona el pedal para abrir el cubo, este artilugio con forma de almeja pellizca la bolsa y atrapa los olores en su interior.

Baño

Shampoo Johnson's para bebe

Me gustan mucho todos los productos de Johnson's ¡especialmente este! Huele increíble; También me gusta que no burbujea mucho y que este producto es “no mas lagrimas”.

Aceite Johnson's para bebe

Mi bebe tiene la piel reseca por eso yo no uso crema en ella, pero en cambio yo uso el aceite de bebe de Johnson’s, es el mejor! Realmente le ayuda a que su piel esté hidratada todo el día.
